At first, I thought I should talk about how my dream house is a little shack in the middle of the open prairie that when you enter it all you see is nothing. But when you open the closet door and take the elevator down, then.................
But then I thought, nah, that's just way too out there!
So then I thought about being practical and saying that because I am a young, single person that my dream house would be a nice, moderate priced, practical and functional 2 bedroom condo. But then I thought, nah, that's just way too practical!
So, my dream house would be a nice, well-maintained bungalow with a fully finished basement. I would like to have a full bathroom attached to the master bedroom, along with a walk-in closet attached with the full bathroom. I would like to have a well laid out craft room with closet space to hang finished crafts, shelving and drawers for supplies, and plenty of room to work. I would like to have an attached garage, but also want to have a "wraparound" covered porch, so I guess it would wrap 3/4 of the way around and then also have the garage. I would like to have a dishwasher and a garburator in the kitchen as well as plenty of cupboards and counter space to do big things of baking and cooking, as well as plenty of room in the dining area and living room to entertain.
Mind you, I would also like to have other people to regularly share this dream house with, and that is a whole different dream! ;-)
