Hmmm, well, since I keep my cooking fairly simple, this one is tough. Although I have several favourite meals, I would have to say that this is one of my absolute favourites!
No-Peek Casserole
1 lb stewing beef (or 2 medium chicken breasts) cut into cubes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can milk
1 drained tin of mushrooms (Pieces and Stems works best)
1 evelope onion soup mix
Mix all ingredients together. Cook for 2.5 hours at 250 degrees F in covered casserole dish. Serve over rice or noodles.
